Tamami Tono is an award-winning composer and performer blending traditional Gagaku with contemporary music. A member of the Reigakusha Gagaku Ensemble since 1990, she has performed globally and won prestigious awards, including First Prize from the National Theater of Japan. Tono is known for her Breathing Media multimedia performances and Hoshigatami collaborations.
