With over four decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, Richard Nakajima has navigated the worlds of Japan and the United States with a rare, bicultural fluency. From founding Cubic Micro in Silicon Valley to leading AI and IoT initiatives at Renesas Electronics, Nakajima has consistently stood at the intersection of engineering, entrepreneurship, and global collaboration.Today, he’s pioneering a new frontier: using semiconductors as a core component in capturing and synthesizing sound, bringing together AI, art, and emotion.
