Akinori Shiozawa

Akinori Shiozawa has spent nearly two decades at the intersection of technology and human need — first as a Project Manager at NTT DoCoMo, one of Japan's most iconic technology companies, where he led mobile and web innovation at the height of Japan's digital revolution. From there, he built a career translating complex technology into real-world business results across project management, strategic development, and enterprise software.

Over 13 years ago, he founded Synapsys Inc. in Tokyo, delivering AI consulting, IT strategy, and digital solutions to organizations that need technology to actually work — not just impress. His expertise spans generative AI, Microsoft Azure, prompt engineering, and the full lifecycle of enterprise technology projects.

His most significant contribution is nxcore — a system that acts as a conscience and guardian layer for AI. It stops AI from fabricating information. It enforces rules and keeps humans in control. It generates complex professional documents in hours that used to take teams weeks. And it does all of this while leaving a complete, transparent audit trail.

He describes his life's work simply: "a translator between technology and business.
