Yoshihiro Tanikawa

Born in 1990, Tanikawa has held positions as a part-time lecturer at Osaka University of Economics and Law and at Kyoto City University of Arts, a Special Research Fellow (DC2) with the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, and a designated lecturer at Kyoto City University of Arts. Since 2023, he has served as a full-time lecturer. Tanikawa has authored several books, including Philosophy in the Smartphone Era, Philosophy of Faith and Imagination, and How to Transcend Specializations. He frequently conducts lectures and workshops and is a member of the Japanese Society of Philosophy, the Society of Applied Philosophy, and the Japanese Society for the Study of Sociological Theory.
