Yasuhiro Kobayashi, a pioneer of regenerative thinking and co-founder of Ecological Memes



Having journeyed through 28 countries including India and Kenya, Kobayashi has spent his life exploring how people, communities, and ecosystems can thrive together. He is a regenerative catalyst, facilitator, and translator of the Japanese edition of Regenerative Leadership. He also runs Kasukabe Farm, a community-based regenerative farm in Japan.

Akinori Shiozawa is a Tokyo-based CEO, technologist, and AI innovator with nearly two decades of experience — from leading mobile projects at NTT DoCoMo to founding Synapsys Inc. over 13 years ago. His most significant invention, nxcore, acts as a conscience layer for AI: stopping hallucinations, keeping humans in control, and reducing weeks of document work to hours. He calls himself "a translator between technology and business."
